Shenandoah University’s McCormick Civil War Institute in partnership with the Fort Collier Civil War Center will offer a tour with Prof. Jonathan A. Noyalas, “They Have Completely Surrounded Stine’s House”: The Construction and Early Use of Fort Collier during the Civil War.
