Presented by the Shenandoah Valley Battlefields Foundation.

The Port Republic Museum (8691 Water St., Port Republic) will be open from 10am-5pm. Free admission.

Free ranger programs will include:

11am: “A Narrow Escape”: Walking tour about the Battle of Cross Keys (June 8, 1862) and Jacksons Narrow Escape. Tour will start at Bradburn Park (Water St). Led by Historian Peter P. Dalton.

2pm: “Where Rivers and History Converge”: Walking tour of the Port Republic’s history led by Park Ranger Jay Richardson. Starting at Bradburn Park (Water St.)

4pm: “The Morning of Battle”: Talk about the Battle of Port Republic (June 9, 1862). Program will take place at Bradburn Park (Water St). Given by Park Ranger Aaron Siever.
